<p>Chicken: 1 kg<br /> Chicken masala: 4 tbsp<br /> Onions sliced : 1 cup<br /> Ginger: 2 inch long piece<br /> Garlic: 3 <br /> Green chillies: 4<br /> Clean chicken pieces and marinate in 2 tbsp chicken masala and salt. Make ginger-garlic-green chillies paste and fry it with onions. Add chicken masala and fry a bit. Now add chicken pieces. Serve hot with appam.<br /> &nbsp;</p>
